Hi, I’m Rhys Hanscombe - a marketing specialist and racing driver based in the south of England.

Since 2022, I've been running marketing for Business Thinking Ltd — a B2B tech consultancy — where I've led everything from email campaigns and conference marketing to personal brand building and lead generation.

I started Hanscombe Marketing because founders and entrepreneurs are creating exceptional businesses, but the right people aren’t seeing them. They need marketing, but are drowning in other priorities. They'd try AI tools, post randomly on social media, and wonder why nothing was gaining traction.

The Problem with Marketing today.

Too much of it is noise.

Everyone’s copying everyone else, chasing trends, using the same templates, and manipulating the same human biases. But none of it feels meaningful. Too many businesses lose the idea of what marketing is for: helping people make better decisions.

That’s why I work with a long-term mindset. Not everything has to be transactional. People-first marketing, backed by data, builds trust and momentum that exploitative marketing can’t.

Away from Marketing

Outside of work, I compete in motorsport with the long-term goal of racing sports cars at national and international level.
