Hi, I’m Rhys Hanscombe - a marketing specialist and racing driver based on the south coast of England.

Since 2022, I've been running marketing for Business Thinking Ltd — a B2B tech consultancy — where I lead and execute multi-channel marketing activity across several B2B brands. My role covers strategy, campaign execution, reporting, content, partnerships, events, and brand development, with a strong focus on aligning marketing activity with wider commercial objectives.

I originally joined the business as a Marketing Apprentice and progressed into a management role within two years. That progression came through consistently taking ownership of projects, improving performance across channels, and building systems that supported long-term growth.

My approach to marketing is heavily focused on positioning, clarity, audience psychology, and commercial impact. I’m particularly interested in how modern B2B companies use content, brand, and trust to create long-term competitive advantage.

Alongside marketing, I also competed in kart racing, and I’m deeply passionate about sport and fitness.

Motorsport has strengthened my interest in performance, consistency, and continuous improvement — qualities that influence how I approach both business and marketing.

Long term, I want to continue building expertise in strategic B2B marketing, brand growth, and audience development while working with ambitious companies solving meaningful problems.
