About Rhys Hanscombe

Hi, my name is Rhys Hanscombe. I’m interested in fitness, performance, and driving as fast as I can in circles.

This site exists to document what I’m doing in fitness and motorsport. I train consistently, compete in karting, experiment with new ideas, and track it all in a spreadsheet.

I’ve been writing online since 2020, and I’ve fallen in love with the peaceful art of writing. It allows me to reflect on my research and experience so I can think more clearly and improve over time.

Outside of this site, I work in marketing and spend most of my free time training, racing, and learning how to structure my life around the things I care about. A work in progress, as always.

I hope my words help you get 1% better.
